Welcome to The Travel Invite! Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip or purchasing an itinerary. By using this site, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Overview

The Travel Invite curates group trips and offers downloadable itineraries. I am not a licensed travel agent — I plan and host experiences based on my own travels, and you’re invited to join in.

2. Booking & Payments

All prices listed are in USD.
Payment is due at checkout unless stated otherwise.
For group trips, your selected plan (e.g., The Invite, The Curated Experience, The Return Invite) secures your spot and covers specific services outlined on the plan page.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed by the due dates provided.
Missed or incomplete payments may result in the cancellation of your spot without a refund.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because group trips require advance booking for flights, hotels, and activities:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
If you cancel your participation, you may not receive a refund, but I’ll do my best to help transfer your spot if possible.
Digital products (like itineraries) are final sale and delivered instantly after purchase.

4. Trip Participation

These trips are for women only. No men are allowed on group trips or as tagalongs.
This is a shared group experience. We arrive together and leave together — safety and cultural respect are top priorities.
If you choose to separate from the group during the trip, The Travel Invite is not responsible for any issues that may arise.

5. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for your own travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
Please ensure you meet the health and entry requirements for the destination.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. I’m not responsible for delays, cancellations, or lost items.

6. Conduct

This is a space for community, joy, and cultural appreciation. We expect respectful, kind, and open-minded behavior at all times, both within the group and with the local communities we visit. For a full breakdown, check out our page on the code of conduct.

7. Changes & Cancellations by The Travel Invite

In rare cases, I may need to change the itinerary or cancel a trip (e.g., due to low enrollment, safety issues, or unforeseen events). If that happens, you’ll be notified promptly and offered options for refunds, credits, or alternative plans.
