Code of Conduct

Last updated: April 24, 2025

This isn’t just a vacation. It’s an intentional journey designed around culture, comfort, and connection. And how we move—through spaces, countries, and conversations—matters.

This Code of Conduct ensures our alignment as a group. It is about community care, cultural respect, and personal responsibility.

1. Respect the Culture

We’re not just visitors—we’re guests.

That means:

  • Learning and following local customs
  • Dressing appropriately, especially in sacred or traditional spaces
  • Being mindful of tone and body language
  • Always ask before taking photos of people

We don’t need to “blend in”—but we do need to be aware and respectful.

2. Respect the Group

This is a shared experience. You cannot leave the group to meet strangers or online contacts.

We travel together. We return together.

  • Be on time
  • Don’t ghost the group
  • Follow the plan or communicate clearly if something comes up

We’re here to support each other, not operate in silos.

3. No Men Allowed

The Travel Invite is a women-only travel group.

That means:

  • No men at the hotel
  • No tagging along
  • No, “he’s doing his own thing nearby.”

This space was created to feel safe, sacred, and free from outside energy. If a man is traveling with you, this isn’t the trip for you.

4. This Is Not That Kind of Trip

We love joy and celebration, but this isn’t a party trip.

  • No club crawls
  • No solo detours chasing content
  • No energy that pulls attention from the vibe we’re building

This is about connection, culture, and clarity, not chaos.

5. Carry Yourself with Care

You know your limits. Honor them.

  • Drink responsibly
  • Listen to your body
  • Don’t let money, moods, or outside stress take over

We’re not asking for perfection—just maturity and grace.

6. Keep It Drama-Free

No cliques. No gossip. No passive aggression.

If something isn’t working, talk to the host, not the group.

We’re here to hold space for each other, not tear anyone down.

7. Protect Group Privacy

  • Don’t repost convos, photos, or private group moments without permission
  • Don’t pitch your business or brand in the group—it’s not that space

What’s shared here stays here.

8. Breaking the Code

If any part of this code is broken—especially in a way that threatens the safety or peace of the group—you may be removed from the trip without refund.

This isn’t punishment. It’s protection.

For the group. For the vibe. For the intention behind this entire experience.
