The Travel Invite is a personal, founder-led experience, not a travel agency. When you join one of our trips or download a itinerary, you’re stepping into a curated world where things are thoughtful, organized, and community-based.

This Terms of Service page helps us stay on the same page so expectations are clear and the experience runs smoothly.

1. Personal Use Only

Your plan—whether a digital download or a full travel package—is meant just for you.

That means:

No sharing itinerary files with friends
No forwarding group chat messages
No splitting bookings or “plus ones” unless officially approved

Participants are asked to secure their spot to keep the experience fair and respectful.

2. No Transfers or Substitutions

Once your booking is confirmed, it’s non-transferable. You can’t gift, sell, or substitute your spot for someone else.

Life happens—we get it. If something comes up, let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but refunds or credits aren’t guaranteed unless expressly stated in your plan.

3. Respect the Group Experience

This isn’t a solo trip where you do your own thing. You’re part of a group, and how you show up matters.

Please:

Be on time
Follow payment schedules and trip deadlines
Respect the group dynamic and itinerary flow
Communicate with the host, not just the group chat

We aim for connection and ease, not confusion.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are due upfront. Your payment secures your participation—there are no holds or reservations without payment.

Digital itineraries are delivered immediately and are non-refundable
Curated bookings (flights, hotels, tours) are final once made and non-refundable

Payment = commitment.

5. Behavior and Travel Liability

You’re responsible for your actions during the trip.

That means:

Follow local laws and customs
Show up with kindness and maturity
Avoid behavior that’s unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive

If you violate these expectations, we reserve the right to remove you from the experience without refund. We don’t want it to come to that, but your behavior reflects on the group.

6. Itinerary Flexibility

While every trip is carefully planned, real life still happens. Weather, local closures, or vendor issues may affect the schedule.

We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and adjust without sacrificing the overall vibe.

7. Your Agreement

By submitting payment, you agree to:

Keep group information private
Respect your host and fellow travelers
Accept responsibility for your behavior
Understand that digital and booked items are final
